Will I need I.D and what is acceptable proof of I.D. ?
Yes. Proof of I.D must be photographic i.e. Passport, College Pass, Driving License etc. A photocopy will be sufficient PROVIDING it is clear. Proof of I.D WILL be required from the person who has purchased the tickets and anyone who would like to purchase alcohol.
When will I recieve my tickets?
You will collect your tickets on the night of the event upon entry.
When is the best arrival time to avoid a long line?
The best advice is to arrive early. Our busiest nights will be on Friday and Saturday and the closer to Halloween it gets the busier we get. Please ensure that you arrive 45 minutes prior to your booked time to ensure you are able to participate.
Is the waiting area indoors or outdoors?
Both outdoors and indoors. Most of the event is under cover but please be prepared in case of bad or cold weather conditions. We recommend bringing warm & waterproof clothing.
Do you have restrooms available?
Yes, both male and female restrooms are available along with wheelchair accessible toilets.
What restrictions do you have on age?
PLEASE NOTE. If you are under 16yrs of age you need to be accompanied by a responsible adult (18yrs+)
Proof of I.D WILL be required for anyone who appears to be 16 years or under.

I have a young child, is FARM OF HORROR appropriate for him/her?
FARM OF HORROR is an EXTREME Experience and is not recommended for people under 11 years of age, NOR is it suitable for people of nervous or weak disposition. Children will be allowed entry at the decision and discretion of an accompanying adult.
Will my child (or I) get scared?
This is a very common question and the impossible for us to answer. It really depends on the child (and adult). Some people may actually panic and get very scared while others don’t. FARM OF HORROR is an EXTREME experience and is not recommended for people under 11 years of age, NOR is it suitable for people of nervous or weak disposition. Children will be allowed entry at the decision and discretion of an accompanying adult.
I’m going to bring my child, what happens if they get too scared?
If the child (or adult) gets too scared, we will escort you to the nearest exit.
If we exit half way because my child is too scared, can we get some money back?
No, all ticket sales are final and we have a NO REFUND POLICY.
Is the event suitable for pregnant ladies?
We do not recommend the event for pregnant ladies. However this will be left to your own discretion.
Is this event wheelchair accessible?
Because of the narrow passageways and changes in levels, unfortunately this event is not suitable for wheelchairs this year.
What type of footwear is most suitable?
We strongly advise not wearing high heels due to uneven surfaces. A pair of flat comfortable shoes or trainer is highly recommended.
How long does the experience last?
The walk through itself lasts between 10-15 minutes, however we invite you to stay for drinks/refreshments in our marquee before/after entering the FARM OF HORROR. On our busier days (around 31st Oct) please allow up to 1-1.5 hours for queuing time.
Do you have strobe lights, loud noises, or fog and are there any health concerns?
Yes, we do have strobe lights, very loud noises and fog machines. These items have been known to cause epileptic seizures. If in doubt stay out!
Are refreshments available?
Yes soft drinks, alcohol and snacks are available. PLEASE NOTE: Do not bring your own alcohol to this event, it will be confiscated for the duration of your stay. Anybody under the influence of drugs and/alcohol upon entry will be refused entry to the event. Refunds will not be given.
What time do you close?
Last entry is at 8:30pm. Farm of Horror closes at 9.00pm.
Will the monsters touch us?
The monsters have a NO TOUCH policy, please treat them with the same respect, visitor who try to touch the actors will be asked to leave the event. NO REFUND will be given.
Is alcohol allowed or sold on site?
Alcohol will be available to purchase at FARM OF HORROR. However you CANNOT bring your own alcohol to this event. We will be enforcing BAG SEARCHES on entry and any alcohol will be confiscated for the duration of your visit. If we think you are under the influence of DRUGS or are inebriated you will be escorted off site and you will forfeit your ticket.
